An Anti-racist, ADHD friendly Montessori school with a commitment to ethnic, linguistic and economic diversity.
Serving Toddlers 18 months - 3 years old
At Olea Montessori School, we are devoted to planting deep roots in Rhode Island, where children not only grow but truly thrive. Our school is a sanctuary where each child is nurtured through authentic Montessori learning experiences. Olea Montessori, is a space where learning is a living, breathing process—rooted in reality, and rich in joy. We are an intentionally anti-racist, ADHD friendly Montessori school with a commitment to racial/ethnic, linguistic and economic diversity.

Olea Montessori School is launching in the Providence Metro area in Rhode Island. Olea Montessori serves children and families in Providence, Central Falls, North Providence, and Pawtucket - childcare deserts.

At full capacity, we will serve 30 students ages 18 months - 3 years and 3 - 6 years old in a mixed-age setting.

“As we observe children, we see the vitality of their spirit, the maximum effort put forth in all they do, the intuition, attention and focus they bring to all life’s events, and the sheer joy they experience in living.”
—Dr. Maria Montessori, The Child, Society and the World

An Authentic Montessori School
The Montessori Method emerges from the belief that children are naturally good, peaceful and curious and that in the context of a supportive environment, all children engage instinctively in the work of self-construction. With appropriate freedoms and the right support, children follow their interests to create rich learning experiences, form peaceful communities, and support and learn from one another. We are dedicated to the preparation of environments and ourselves to support the development of children.

An Intentionally Small Community
As an intentionally-small, community embedded learning environment, our school allows us to serve every child and family in deep and meaningful partnership with their teacher leaders.
